It’s supposed to be spring now, so even though the weather is holding out on us, I’m channeling all the spring vibes in the kitchen, because I’m way beyond ready for it! So, the other day I experimented with a raw key lime pie and it was amazing. And since then I can’t stop making the filling – avocado key lime mousse!
