The Location:
Sacred ARKansas
Located just outside of Mena, Arkansas, the 10 acre private property owned by co-host Misti Wriston is encircled by trees, contains a pond, a field, an expansive sky with stunning sunrises over the pond and sunsets over the trees, the night sky illuminated by millions of stars.
Not to mention – there is crystal underground :)
The property is home to two dogs, chickens, hummingbirds, dragonflies, deer, beavers, geese, herons, many other birds, many of whom of course migrate south yet the wildlife is very present.
There is ample opportunity to connect directly with the land, to sit under a tree, walk barefoot, or sit aside the pond watching the mysterious mist as the sun beams through.
At the back of the property lies a large empty barn – a blank slate for us to play, create, dance, and express.
Accommodation will be simple yet comfortable private or semi-private bedrooms or cabins with private or semi-private toilet access.
Food will be fully natural, nourishing, seasonal, and organic, and prepared by our lovely host Misti. Tea, cacao, and snacks will be available throughout the day.

Sacred Arkansas
Home to Historic Hot Springs, the largest Diamond mine in the continent, the largest crystal vein in the world, and many ley lines, Arkansas holds a beautiful and powerful energy for those who are open to sensing it.
Known as The Nature State, it is home to rolling hills, lakes, streams, fields, wooded mountains, pastures, and world-famous hot springs with the highest quality water in the world, as tested by a Swiss spa who imports it.
Interestingly, the mountains in the region run East-West, the only mountain range on the continent to do so.
The region was sacred to the Native Americans, with pyramid mounds attesting to its importance.
Going back even further, Arkansas is home to powerful buried relics connected to the ancient lands of Atlantis and Lemuria.
The powerful healing waters that emerge to the surface carry the codes of memory from Atlantis
One of our journeys is to connect directly with the energy of one of these power sites.

Meet Your Guides
Amanda Sahrai will be guiding and facilitating the Core Retreat.
Amanda Sahrai (Kelly) is a Spiritual Mentor, Self-Mastery Catalyst, Intuitive Soul Guide, Divine Feminine Embodied Leadership Mentor, and Priestess of the Rose in service to the path of Love. In 2016, with two psychology degrees and 3 yoga teacher trainings under her belt, she was diagnosed with cancer, and very early on she intuitively knew it was an awakening of some kind.
Knowing deep down that it was not her time to die but rather her job to heal the family pattern of dying from cancer, she dove deep into every layer of healing as she went through the diagnostic process and throughout her chemo treatment.
Diving ever deeper into healing, she began to unroot the trauma and the deeper energetics held within the body, eventually finding herself in an Embodied Ascension training and then on an unexpected Soul Journey that guided her toward the Priestess Path that eventually through a series of spontaneous synchronicities took her to Sacred Sites and Planetary Vortexes around the globe, receiving soul code activations along the way, preparing her for this time of mass transition and Planetary Awakening and Shift in Consciousness.
