Painkiller Smoothie Recipe: Anti-Inflammatory Pineapple, Coconut, Nutmeg Smoothie

Anti-Inflammatory, anti-cancer, anti-oxidant rich 'Painkiller' Smoothie – Pineapple, mango, coconut milk, nutmeg, fresh ginger, fresh turmeric and cinnamon round out the tropical spice flavor and pack in a wallop of nutrition!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup mango chunks
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 inch piece of fresh ginger, cut in small chunks you don't need to peel the ginger – lots of nutrients and saves some time!
  • 1/2 inch piece of fresh turmeric, cut in small chunks you don't need to peel the turmeric – lots of nutrients and saves some time!
  • 1-2 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Prep the ingredients as needed, put them all in a blender, and blend up until there are no chunks left!
